My business partner and I have worked with this company a number of times and we have always been impressed with their professional, competent and proactive service. I very happy to recommend them further – you won’t be disappointed!

Wigley & Roberts has been our surveyors for 15 years from our humble beginnings undertaking small infill subdivisions in Miramar to our current projects building multi level apartment buildings in the inner city. Wigley & Roberts carry out all our Subdivision Consent work, building setouts and Unit Titling. We have always found them very professional, efficient and able to deliver high quality mistake free results.

We have used Wigley & Roberts over a number of years to produce detailed site plans that assist with the design of new dwellings and additions. These plans are often produced on challenging Wellington sites. We have always been impressed with the high level of detail provided on clear, well organised plans. The site plans are fully electronic and are suitable for input into our CAD draughting system, thus making the whole process very efficient. We would not hesitate to recommend Wigley & Roberts to assist with your surveying needs in your architectural project.

I have used Wigley & Roberts to provide surveying services on numerous small infill subdivisions in the Wellington area. I highly recommend them. They organise the whole subdivision process from start to finish. They have excellent rapport with Councils and always endeavour to get the best results for their client. Occasionally subdivision conditions imposed by Council are unreasonable. Wigley & Roberts are able to discuss these and negotiate matters with Council to ensure that conditions required are fair and reasonable for all parties.

On the recommendation of another satisfied customer, we contracted Wigley and Roberts to do the surveying work required to subdivide a parcel of land we wished to purchase.  The subdivision was complex, as it entailed surveying land owned by the local council, over which a right of way was required.  The underlying surveys for the Council owned land were very old and of very poor quality, and there were various discrepancies which needed to be resolved.  Moreover, some of the land was registered on Gazette Notice rather than titled, and there were also issues raised by council in the resource consent process.  We very much relied on the expert knowledge, diligence and perseverance of Mark Roberts to liaise with the council to progress the subdivision and enable it to be completed.   Throughout the process, Mark kept us fully informed, and we very much appreciated his genuine interest in helping our charitable trust to achieve its goal at a reasonable cost. Based on our experience, we are happy to give an unreserved recommendation!

Our organisation dealt with Peter Drown from W&R surveyors for a tricky & involved subdivision that became more complicated as time went on. We were confident at every turn of Peter’s professionalism and patience.
He kept us informed at every point and articulated the process to us very well. At all times we were confident that the process was happening and that we were in excellent hands. When it was necessary to re-work the subdivision, again, Peter patiently and professionally saw to the changes to achieve a more than satisfactory outcome.
We would gladly use their services again and have no hesitation in recommending W&R
