On the recommendation of another satisfied customer, we contracted Wigley and Roberts to do the surveying work required to subdivide a parcel of land we wished to purchase. The subdivision was complex, as it entailed surveying land owned by the local council, over which a right of way was required. The underlying surveys for the Council owned land were very old and of very poor quality, and there were various discrepancies which needed to be resolved. Moreover, some of the land was registered on Gazette Notice rather than titled, and there were also issues raised by council in the resource consent process. We very much relied on the expert knowledge, diligence and perseverance of Mark Roberts to liaise with the council to progress the subdivision and enable it to be completed. Throughout the process, Mark kept us fully informed, and we very much appreciated his genuine interest in helping our charitable trust to achieve its goal at a reasonable cost.
